By accessing or using the Services, or by completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. The Services

Brightstep builds and operates a portfolio of software products and done-for-you services. The specific features, scope, and price of each product are described on its respective product page. We may add, change, or discontinue any product or feature at any time.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are stated in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, Inc.; we do not store your full card details. Subscription plans renew automatically for successive periods at the then-current price until cancelled. One-time purchases are billed once at checkout.

4. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible purchases. If you are not satisfied, email us at support@brightsteptech.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund the amount paid for the current billing period. You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to access them by unauthorized means, interfering with their operation, infringing the rights of others, or using them for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, text, and designs, are owned by Brightstep or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You retain ownership of any content or data you submit, and grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide the Services to you.

7. Third-Party Services

The Services may rely on or integrate with third-party platforms. Products that work with services such as Shopify, Google Looker Studio, Airbnb, or others are independent and are not endorsed by or affiliated with those companies. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party's own terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brightstep will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
